Nice Buns Bakery, founded in 2003, has steadily evolved into the LTD company it is today, with approximately 120 clients ranging from national catering companies to independents.
In later years, the company has incorporated and adapted to sell on a retail basis at farmers markets and similar outlets, concentrating on specialist breads tailored to the English market. We produce a diverse range of products, sourcing our flour from various mills including a local white patent flour (Empress Queen) from Nelstrops in Stockport. Other flours we use include spelt, rye and multigrain.
Our aim is to be your own personal baker, so you don't have to invest in all the equipment. We are constantly looking to develop and update our range. If you have an idea, we welcome your input and feedback, and we relish a challenge.
As a company, we feel it is important to involve ourselves in the local community and have therefore assisted schools in their breakfast clubs and taken classes relating to microbiology. We have been present at open days and supplied products for charitable events as well as themed fun days.
